MINUTES REGULAR MEETING
CAUCUS ROOM TOWN HALL November 5, 2014

CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and appointed Louise Evans to sit for Peter Jennings.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS
A motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 2, 2014 was made by Sandra Jeski, seconded by Louise Evans. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
None
OLD BUSINESS
1. The Historic Resources Survey 111b forms were reviewed. The duplicates and omissions were resolved with the contractor. The final corrected forms are to be submitted within the next several weeks.
ADMINISTRATION
1. The 2015 Meeting Schedule was reviewed.
2. The next meeting, scheduled for December 2, 2014, will include a meeting with the CT State Historic Preservation Officer, Mary Dunne and the East Hartford Historic District Commission to discuss a joint historic district. The Discussion may include mini districts.
3. A Request for Qualifications for the Main Street Preservation Study was distributed for information.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn was made at 8:52 pm by Commissioner FitzPatrick, seconded by Commissioner Evans and approved unanimously.
